Introduction
Magnesia rotary kiln is made up barrel, transmission device, and dray and catch wheel bearing device, kiln head, sealing, kiln hood and burning device and other parts. Cylinder is heated rotating parts and adopts high quality steel material. Kiln our industry made adopt lighter kiln body according to the specificity of burning process. The barrel is supported by antifriction bearing or 3-4 blocks, there is no hydraulic thruster in the 1-4block bearing device to control up and down movement of the kiln body.
The rotating device of magnesia rotary kiln is rotated by the gear fixed in central cylinder. Based on the requirements of installation and maintenance ,the large magnesia rotary kiln was equipped with auxiliary rotating equipment that make the cylinder run by low-speed .Feed and discharge holes are equipped with reliable kiln head and end sealing device in order to prevent cool air from entering the cylinder and prevent smoke and dust overflowing the cylinder .
Magnesia rotary kiln has simple structure; it is convenient and reliable to control productive process, high-running, less worn parts. Magnesia rotary kiln is an important device in cement plant; it is also used for metallurgy, chemical, construction and other industries.
